“Surprise on the west side!”

Frank Haake from Winsen (Aller) caught a 122 cm halibut on natural bait on Sunday, June 8, 2025.
The catch location was Vieflua at a depth of 50 meters, and the fight lasted approximately 30 minutes.

And on June 12, 2025, he landed an impressive 133 cm ling at Breidgrunnen using a jig and a single hook baited with coalfish strips.
